eForms

eForms -service allows you to collect information and responses digitally - same way as Google Forms.

The benefit of using eForms is, that answers sen through the service (for example applications) can be signed digitally and they are easy to archive in digital form. Forms and anwers can be categorised so the digital archive is easy to use and keep in order. You can have attached files in the documents.

eForms creates organisation register, where you can set up access privileges for the people you want to have access to your organisations forms. Each member can use eForms with their own accounts, so theres no need to have organisation accounts.
